Don is married to his wife, Jennifer, and together they have a daughter and a son. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA. His career began in heavy industry with Dow Chemical and transitioned into light manufacturing, where he has spent more than two decades in window and door manufacturing (fenestration). As the leader of a Kingdom-minded entrepreneurial venture, he is committed to honoring God, honoring team members, honoring clients, and honoring the community—in that order. Widely regarded as a Servant Leader, he thrives on empowering others, fostering collaboration, and inspiring innovation. Recognized as a galvanizing innovator in business, he combines vision and execution to create lasting impact for the people and organizations he serves.

Bayne Beecher leads operations at Stroop Design & Construction, bringing over 30 years of industry experience to every project. Based in Sarasota, he ensures seamless, high-quality delivery across residential, commercial, and institutional builds throughout Southwest Florida.

Bayne previously spent 16 years at PGT Innovations, managing operations and quality for Florida’s top hurricane-resistant window and door manufacturer. His technical background and regional knowledge help ensure every Stroop project is built to last in Florida’s coastal climate.

He holds a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Webster University. Bayne also serves on the Board of Economic Advisors for CareerSource Florida and lives in Palmetto with his wife and four children.

I’m Fred Brown, one of the founding partners of All Coast Window and Door alongside Don, Bayne, and Steve. I grew up in the Finger Lakes region of upstate New York and got into the window and door industry right out of high school. I started in vinyl siding and quickly moved into full window and door replacement work.

After years of installing and running crews in North Carolina and Florida, I spent over a decade helping grow a window company into a $20–$30 million operation. When that company changed direction, I knew it was time to build something better.

That’s why we started All Coast — to give customers real value, honest pricing, and the kind of service we’d want for our own homes. We believe in doing things right, treating people fairly, and standing behind our work.

My name is Elaine and I am originally from New Jersey where I had been working with the same business as a pharmacy technician for 16 years. I decided to switch things
up and moved to SC for a few years and soon after, Florida. Once I moved to Florida, I found a completely new career in the window and door industry where I was the permit coordinator for approximately 7 years. I found that my useful qualities such as perfectionism, multi-tasking, accuracy, etc., oƯice administration wound up being the perfect career choice. I quickly adapted to a
completely diƯerent trade and found I not only excelled with this type of work, but I also very much liked it and couldn’t wait to keep learning new things. I have finally found where I belong in the work world, and I am so proud to be able to say I am part of this team. I look forward to continually expanding my knowledge and growing as a member of this team at All Coast Window and Door.
